There is a winding natural spring fed creek running along the north side of property that flows year round and moose who come to graze on the foliage.
Forest Park and Huntington Park is a desirable neighborhood in the Turnagain area of Anchorage. Staying in this area is a completely different experience than choosing to stay in midtown, downtown or other areas close to the airport. Interesting well cared for homes and increased safety of an established residential area. It is where locals would stay if they didn’t live here. The Triplex is rentable as a whole or you can rent individual units.
